I came to Minneapolis Public Schools in 1998 as a Special Education Teacher, and I have been a School Psychologist since 2007.

Some interesting things about me include the following: I speak Spanish well, and I have a master’s degree in Biblical Hebrew, having lived and studied in Jerusalem for one year. I’ve also lived in Mexico. Way back in 1988 I went mountain climbing in the Andes, and my group and I ascended to 17,000 feet. If you ask, I’ll show you the photos. I keep in shape and occasionally run races. I have two grown sons, two younger daughters (17 and 11), three grandchildren, and a dog.

Professionally, I’m interested in Multi-Tiered Support Systems and helping students develop both executive skills and social/emotional skills.
