Welcome to Music at Green Central Park!

Welcome to Music! I am the Vocal/General Music teacher for students in

High 5 - 5th Grade.  This will be my 32st year teaching Music and I have taught 30 years in Minneapolis. I was a part of the groundbreaking ceremony back in 1992 when Richard. R. Green Central Park School was built - this school holds a special place in my heart!

During Music, my goal is to expose students to music from a variety of styles, cultures and countries.  We will sing, dance, learn how to read music, play instruments (a variety of rhythm instruments, drums, recorders, xylophones, keyboards, guitars, etc.) and perform!

Music is the universal language - we can learn

so much about each other through our music.

Long after the toys are gone, the gift of music still remains!

I enjoy all types of Music, gardening, cooking and spending time with my husband and two grown children on Lake Osakis near Alexandria, MN.

Feel free to contact me at any time at 612-668-3730 or my email corina.miller@mpls.k12.mn.us
